Frequently Asked Party Questions

(1) What time can I get in to the building for my party?

For Parties on Friday Nights: The building opens promptly at 7:30 pm on Friday Nights for you and your guests. For Parties on Saturdays and Sundays: The building opens promptly at 1:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays for you and your guests.

(2) Can I bring in any extra food or beverage?

As our birthday packages do not include a birthday cake, we do allow you to bring in a birthday cake for your party. However, we do not allow any other outside food or beverage to be brought in to our facility. *If your child has a food allergy or a dietary restriction, we will of course make a special exception. Please contact us at your earliest convenience, to make an alternative arrangement for your child's food choice.

(3) What happens if I need to cancel my party?

As stated on our reservation form, deposits are not refundable. However your party date is transferable to another date. Should you need to change your party date, we must receive your new date via email to

(4) What if parents bring other siblings that were not invited to the party?

You are responsible for all children at your party (unless under the age of 2). It is a good idea when sending out your invitations to state the name and number of guests, clearly on your invitation, so there is never any confusion.

(5) Do parents need to pay?

All parents are free unless they choose to skate. Should they choose to skate when they arrive or at another point during the session, they would need to go to the DJ booth, to pay for admission and skate rental.  If you would like to pay for those parents who will be skating, please let your host or hostess know.

(6) What happens if I have more or less guests than stated on my reservation?

You are responsible for the "minimum" required.  If more guests show up than originally anticipated, you will be charged for who shows up.

(7) Can I bring in decorations?

While we don't feel they are necessary since your area is already preset, with prior advanced notification to us, you may bring in your own balloon bouquet, plates and cups, a "Happy Birthday" Banner (with velcro on the back) , or a centerpiece. Pinatas, sparkles, string paint or graffiti are not allowed in our center.

(8) When do you need my final headcount?

So we may set your party table (s) appropriately, we would appreciate a phone call or an email to at least two days prior to your party. If we do not hear from you, we will call you by Friday. We want your party experience to be as perfect as possible and the more prepared we are the easier this can happen.

(9) Can I order extra food and beverage for the parents?

Yes, your host or hostess will ask you on the day of your party if you would like to offer your parents food or beverages. Simply give them your order, and they will bring your food and beverage to your table.  The additional cost for this "add-on" will be reflected in your final bill.

(10) How do I pay for the balance of my party?

Your host or hostess will present you with a final bill at the end of your party.  Your original deposit will be deducted from your balance. You may take your payment to the DJ booth or give it to your host or hostess.  We accept VISA, Master Card or cash.
